Every now and then we have to take a break from real estate appraisals, the Home Valuation Code of Conduct, Appraisal Management Companies, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Conduct and the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board.
That's what I'm doing this weekend; taking a break. You will find me on the waterfront in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, with thousands of other fans, walking the track and enjoying the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.Over the next week, I plan to make some comments about the Fannie Mae 1004-MC, the HVCC and the ongoing effort to regulate Appraisal Mangement Companies in Florida.
In the meantime, I'll see you at the races!
